Our award-winning culinary team, led by Executive Chef Jochen Beranek, are excited to welcome chefs Matt Moran and Shane Delia as Culinary Ambassadors. Each chef brings with them a unique perspective on food combined with their individual cooking philosophy and flavours.
Matt Moran
World-renowned chef and restauranteur Matt Moran has joined Optus Stadium as a Culinary Ambassador, bringing his expertise and inspirations to the stadium’s culinary offerings. He is a pioneer of the ‘paddock to plate’ philosophy and is passionate about supporting local and regional producers.

Shane Delia
Shane Delia is an award-winning chef, entrepreneur and director of the Delia Group. His restaurant portfolio includes flagship and Australian dining institution Maha (Melbourne) and new world kebab focused diner Biggie Smalls. His exciting and full flavoured middle eastern food redefines this ancient cuisine through modern dining.
